Being born and raised in Midland, I have a unique perspective on the area housing market. I have combined a career centered on customer service with working for Century 21 Central, a company that supports my values, making me a realtor you can trust and build a lasting relationship with.
 

I work with clients to help them ready a home for listing with a comprehensive check list of each room. It is very important when listing a home that an agent takes beautiful pictures and is able to promote your home on Craigslist and other networking sites as well as listing your home on Realtor.com and Zillow.com.

 

You need a realtor that understands social networking and other forms of advertising your home on top of listing it in the MLS. I am an agent that understands how potential buyers utilize today's technology when searching for a home.

 

When working with a buyer it is important to be a full time realtor and available at all times. An understanding of the housing market and the ability to provide in depth information on a home is essential to making a good decision on whether or not to purchase a home.
